Step-by-Step Fuel Card Instructions
1. Refuel Your Vehicle
When you arrive at the gas station:
- drive to the appropriate pump,
- fill your vehicle with the correct type of fuel,
- after refueling, pay attention to the total amount displayed on the pump.
2. Go to the Cash Register
After refueling:
- provide the pump number,
- inform the cashier that you would like to pay with a fuel card,
- swipe the fuel card through the terminal.
The cashier will tell you the final amount after the discount has been applied.
3. Top Up the Card With the Exact Amount
This is a very important step.
The fuel card must be topped up with the exact amount provided by the cashier — no more and no less.
You can top up the card using:
- cash,
- a bank card.
4. Confirm the Payment
After topping up the card:
- swipe the fuel card through the terminal again,
- enter your PIN code.
Done — the payment has been completed successfully.

You do not need to keep paper receipts or invoices.
All documents are automatically sent to our company at the end of each month.
